Congratulations to graduate Genevieve Hulme-Beaman on her joint win of this year’s Stewart Parker Award for her play ‘Pondling’.
Former winners of the prestigious Stewart Parker New Playwright Bursary include internationally renowned playwrights such as Enda Walsh, Conor Mc Pherson and Sebastian Barry. We are exceptionally proud!

Genevieve Hulme-Beaman graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting in 2010. She recently starred alongside fellow GSA graduate, Lorna Quinn (Class of 2007) in Pride and Prejudice at the Gate Theatre. Genevieve received her Stewart Parker nomination for her play ‘Pondling’, which she both wrote and started in, at the 2013 Fringe Festival. ‘Pondling’ was recently broadcast on RTE Radio One Drama.

You can read a recent interview with Genevieve by Emily Elphinstone (also a former GSA student, Class of 2010) here.
