The Gaiety School of Acting Nominated for a Blacknight SME Award

We’re delighted and honoured to have been nominated for a Blacknight SME Award within the “Community Minded” category.  

The nomination is specifically for the BREATHE programme, a partnership between the school and The Cork Education and Training Board.  The programme is a professional response to the ever-increasing suicide trend among young people.  This is an early intervention programme to promote positive mental health, that focuses on changing attitudes and improving links between teachers, parents and teenagers. 

The awards ceremony will take place this Saturday the 25th of April.
