13:00 – 14:30 – Sean Nós Dancing Workshop
14:30 – 16:00 – Learn a Trad Song

After a well-deserved lunch break, get ready to step into the rhythmic world of Sean Nós dancing, a traditional, expressive Irish dance style that’s all about natural movement and personal flair.

Finally, wrap up the day with a traditional song session, where you’ll learn a beautiful Irish tune and connect with the rich storytelling heritage of our music.
