Casting Call Camp at the Gaiety School of Acting

This is a five day Easter camp for older teens to learn all about the acting industry and how to get work as a young professional actor. Working with experienced tutors, students will be given training in sight reading, audition technique and acting for camera. The course will include a number of practical exercises, with students receiving any filmed footage on completion. Due to the collaborative nature of the course, this is also a great opportunity to make new friends.

The camp will take place over Easter 2026

This course will include the following modules:

• Who is who in the acting industry – understanding the business
• How to self-tape
• Audition technique
• Monologue selection and coaching
• Working with casting directors and directors
• Putting your best foot forward
