We are excited to announce that Elf Town Dublin is returning for 2025,
and we are looking for enthusiastic performers to bring the magic of
Christmas to life!

Elf Town Dublin is a 75-minute immersive Christmas experience,
where families journey through a world of wonder, meet Santa’s band
of playful elves, and even visit Santa’s real reindeer, Comet and Cupid.
Every family enjoys a private visit with Santa, making it a truly magical
moment for all.

We are currently seeking performers for the following roles:
Santa Claus – The heart of the experience! Our ideal Santa has
cheerful eyes—this is incredibly important! While our costume and
makeup team can work wonders, it’s your warmth, kindness, and
twinkle in your eye that truly brings Santa to life. We need someone
who embodies the joy and magic of Christmas, making every child feel
special during their visit.
Rate: From €25 per hour, negotiable up to €40 based on experience
and performance. Shift length preferences will be discussed at hiring.

Mrs. Claus – The warm and welcoming hostess of Elf Town!Mrs.
Claus is gentle, kind, and full of holiday cheer. She is Santa’s closest
companion, helping to create an enchanting atmosphere with her
soothing presence and love for storytelling. She is the perfect mix of
elegance, warmth, and playfulness.
Rate: €20 per hour. Shift length preferences will be discussed at
hiring.

Elves – Playful, confident, and full of energy! Our Elves are the
life of Elf Town, guiding families through the experience with big
personalities and endless enthusiasm. They are mischievous but kind,
engaging but professional, and most importantly, they must be
comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Tier 1 Performers: Highly skilled, able to mix between multiple
roles, and lead in a panto-standard performance.
o Rate: €19 per hour.

• Tier 2 Performers: Guide elves, competent in interaction but
may not be as experienced.
o Rate: €17 per hour.

Directors/Performance Managers – Oversee rehearsals, allocate
specific
roles, coordinate performers, and provide feedback during the event.
Rate: To be confirmed.
Stage Managers – Ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
Rate: To be confirmed.

Event Details:
• Location: RDS Dublin
• Dates: Last week of November to end of December, Tuesday to
Sunday 2025.
• Rehearsal Dates: TBC
• Performance Times: TBC
• Other Important Info: Strong emphasis on weekday
availability. All performers will be required to attend a
mandatory training session prior to the event.
