This Christmas, Brown Thomas Arnotts is on the lookout for a jolly, twinkly-
eyed Santa to bring the magic of Christmas to life in our festive stores. As
Santa, you’ll do more than wear the red suit – you’ll create unforgettable
customer experiences for children, families, and shoppers alike.
From listening to wish lists and sharing stories, to posing for photos and
filling the room with festive cheer, you’ll be the reason so many little faces
light up this season.
If you have a warm heart, a jolly laugh, and the ability to make children and
adults alike believe in the magic of Christmas, then we’d love to meet you!

To take part in this exciting opportunity you should have:
A passion for customer experience and delivering a great experience
in a fast-paced environment
Availability and flexibility to include late nights, weekends and key
trading dates
A natural warmth and charisma with excellent communication
skills.
A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for children
and families.
Reliability and flexibility, with availability across late nights,
weekends, and peak trading dates.
Confidence in performance and character role-play (a jolly voice,
hearty laugh, and storytelling flair are a must!).
Prior experience in customer-facing or performance roles is an
advantage.
