GABRIEL, a Brazilian living and working in Ireland as a home assistance carer, has his hectic day brought to a sudden halt, when he discovers one of his patients, MICHAEL, dead in his home. Navigating this strange limbo of process surrounding the death, Gabriel must reconcile his own feelings around life, death and family while he acts as final custodian to a person he hardly knew.
