Logline;
Biteback is Animated Student Short Film which follows a secondary
school girl who becomes obsessed with having the most perfect teeth
imaginable and is willing to do anything to achieve this…including taking
some modified chewing gum.

Casting Call;
All the characters are between the ages of 16-18 except The Cashier
who’s between 23-25.

This is an Unpaid Gig.

MAIN CHARACTERS;
The Girl – Black Female
She’s a shy girl yet can be confrontational when she needs to defend
herself. She easily manipulated and trusting of others when she really
should be looking out for herself and not listening to others.

Sunglasses Kid – White Female

She’s a monotone speaking yet overly confident individual who
genuinely believes she’s doing what’s best for others. She has a way
with words and is quite manipulative.

SIDE CHARACTERS;

The Cashier – White Female

Older Sister to Sunglasses Kid, She’s a sleezy saleswoman who deals
out “special gum” from a corporation with the aim to ‘rid of impurities the
naked eye must endure’.

Ruffles Kid – White Female

Friend of Sunglasses Kid and right-hand woman to her. She’s a curious,
giddy and spunky.

Black Beanie Kid – White Male

A Student and an associate of Sunglasses Kid. Superficial yet
confident.

Black-White Tie Kid – Black Girl

Student and an associate of Sunglasses Kid. Playful yet brutally honest.
