Description

Unlike a typical Open Day that simply walks you around a building, this is your chance to step directly into the experience. You’ll take part in sample workshops, meet some of our tutors, and see first-hand what training with us is really like. Think of it as a true day in the life of a full-time acting student at the Gaiety School of Acting.

It’s an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in our training, ask questions about the course, and get practical audition advice. Places are limited, so sign up now – we’d love to have you with us.

Student tickets are €22 with all teachers’ tickets complimentary. Included in the ticket price is the following:

  • Traditional Production of Othello (1.5 Hours)

  • “Post Show” workshop (approx 45 minutes) with a chance to engage with the cast about questions on the Leaving Cert, including relationships, characters and themes

  • Student Workbook with information on General Vision and Viewpoint, Social Settings, Characters and Theatrical information
